Now celebrating 20 years in the workforce, James has changed employers four times, in an attempt to climb the corporate ladder. Along the way, each new opportunity has brought added stress that he struggles to manage on a daily basis. Competent and dedicated to his work, James struggles with a lack of confidence when confronted with new challenges or subject matter that he’s less familiar with. His career looks great on paper, but his resolve breaks down when he’s expected to perform new tasks or work alongside people who he thinks may be more qualified.
