Let’s meet David…

Age: 28
Status: Single
Occupation: Nurse
Sectors: Healthcare

“I’ve recently moved to a new city and I don’t know anyone. I thought a good way to meet people might be to join a sports league, but I’ve always felt awkward or shy and it’s preventing me from moving forward and enjoying the city as much as I’d like. How can I feel more confident to approach people?”

David has recently accepted a position in Toronto, but his extreme shyness is keeping him from making a life in his new city.  Unable to start a conversation with strangers, he passively listens to conversations instead of engaging in them. When he joins a local tour group to familiarize himself with his new surroundings, he quietly observes the people around him, avoiding eye contact, and smiling nervously when anyone in the group looks his way. Desperately lonely, David wants to make friends but feels that he’s got nothing interesting to say.

Does David sound like someone you know?

If so, I can help!

It’s time to create a better version of you!
